Located in Arles sur Tech, Roussillon, this 40 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. There is a mezzanine bedroom with two 140 cm beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker for ground coffee. Amenities feature Wi-Fi, private air conditioning in the main room, TV, washing machine, and reversible heating and cooling system. Enjoy the open terrace with mountain views. A barbecue is available for outdoor meals, and the terrace offers a shaded area for relaxing. The property provides two on-site parking spaces and welcomes pets. Smoking is allowed, but parties are not permitted. Please note there are exterior stairs that may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility. Bed linen is not provided. The accommodation is attached to the owner's residence and is 2 km from the village (about a 20-minute walk). You will enjoy a peaceful setting facing snow-capped peaks. The GR10 hiking trail is 500 m away, with access to 180 km of marked mountain bike trails, fishing, and the Canigou massif. Beaches and the Mediterranean are 45 km away, and Spain is 25 km away. A tennis court and padel court are a 15-minute walk. Our village is UNESCO-listed for its Bear Festival in Vallespir.
